Can I request Revisions to the designs?
YES. We want the deliverables to align with what you envision for the project. We are happy to make changes.
We allow for 2 rounds of revisions after initial designs have been sent. If you wish to make additional changes after that, there is a $50 fee per additional round of revisions. This amount will be invoiced after designs have been approved, prior to delivery.

What does the Process look like?
DISCOVERY & ONBOARDING
You're after a standout brand, and we're here to help bring it to life. Before we begin designing, there are a few important setup steps to make sure everything runs smoothly. You have the option to schedule a strategy call or proceed directly to filling out your client questionnaire. Once your client questionnaire is completed, your contract is signed, and the first invoice is paid, your project is officially confirmed. From there, you’ll be onboarded into our Notion portal, where everything for your Brand Upgrade will live.
CREATION
We’ll kick things off by setting up your website or logging in to review and audit your existing site and social media presence. From there, your website upgrade and social media content plan will be developed side by side, ensuring both are aligned and ready to work together from day one. Social templates will be designed alongside the website to create a cohesive look and feel.
REVISIONS
Once the first draft is shared, we’ll move through two rounds of revisions covering both your website and social media assets. This is your chance to fine-tune the details and make sure everything feels right. After final approval, we’ll prepare everything for handover.
OFFBOARDING + FINALISE
Final payment is required before we deliver your final files and any working documents. Once everything is sent through, you’ll be fully set up to launch your updated website and social presence with confidence.
